The Metafora table created for Martinelli Luce in 1979 was first known at the "Salone del Mobile" in the 1970s. The choice of materials, shapes and aesthetics chosed to realise this table goes to Lella and Massimo Vignelli. This table has a multiform design, Cubic, Cylindrical, Spherical and Pyramidal, in four types of marbles topped by a transparent glass plate.
